Av. Çiğdem KAYA, LL.M.

Çiğdem Kaya is Global Head of Legal at Apilex AI and an Istanbul Bar–admitted attorney with dual law degrees from France and Turkey.

She brings over 15 years of experience from the European Court of Human Rights, the Council of Europe, the International Criminal Court, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, the The Carter Center, and the Danish Refugee Council, working across human rights, criminal law, compliance, and rule-of-law programs.

She holds degrees from Galatasaray University, Université Panthéon-Assas, an LL.M. from Lund University, and a diploma in Digital Transformation of Law from Université Panthéon-Sorbonne.
